Quality is very important to us at MYcroarray.com. All of our microarrays are subjected to a strict quality control process before being qualified for shipping. Each slide contains several hundreds of quality control probes that are used to monitor the synthesis yield and uniformity.

Custom Sequence Synthesis Analysis

It is known that some sequences are poorly synthesized due to the combination of certain bases or repeats. Thus, as part of our custom array synthesis service, we assess the ability to synthesize every custom probe sequences for free (for orders of 5 or more slides). The customer will be advised if a particular custom probe sequence did not meet our synthesis standards.
